Chris Neal & Harley Pryor
Chris Neal is not only one of the best roping producers in the world, he is also very passionate about the sport of breakaway roping. Chris talks about all of his roping events, and announces to the world the First Annual Rope For The Crown JR Event, to happen in Las Vegas, NV during the National Finals of Rodeo in December. Providing opportunities for breakaway ropers has been something that Chris has been doing since 2018, when he and Jackie Crawford came together to produce the first annual Rope for the Crown event in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Young breakaway roping superstar Harley Pryor also joins us today and talks about all of her success in breakaway roping at a young age. When Harley was only 13 years old, she qualified for the American Rodeo in the final 4 round of the Breakaway Roping in 2022! Not only is Harley a fierce competitor, she is also putting herself in as many pressure situations as she can! “I love the pressure, and I want to rope against the best, so that I can be the best,” Harley says!
Chris also announces the anticipated match ropers at the annual Oklahoma’s Richest Roping, in October, which will feature Haven Meged and Riley Webb in the tie down roping, and Martha Angelone and Josie Conner in the breakaway roping!
