How to be a breakaway roper with a full time job! Shelli Scrivner fits the bill, because she does it all. Not because she has to, but because she wants to, and she just loves to rope.

Shelli Scrivner is a wife, mom, nurse administrator, and full time breakaway roper! Shelli is from a small town in Oregon, and loved breakaway roping from the start!

Family is huge for Shelli, her husband, kids, sister, mom and dad, and so many family and friends make it possible for Shelli to do what she loves! So many great people, and companies have been a part of Shelli’s journey;Vale Vet Clinic - Dr. Angie Allum, P3 Peak Performance, Caldwell Night Rodeo, are a huge part of Shelli’s team to keep her and her horses going strong down the rodeo road!

Shelli and I talk about the process of making breakaway roping work with a full time job, a family, a home, and living this crazy life. She truly loves to rope, and is a competitor through and through. She talks about the reality of making her way work, that her way to compete looks a little different with the commitments that she has on her plate.

Shelli talks about her goals, and all of the things that she wants to accomplish, with kids, a job, and a full packed life that is scheduled to the top!
