Madalyn Richards | CNFR Champion Breakaway Roper & All Around Cowgirl

Madalyn Richards walked away from Casper, Wyoming last week with a few new titles to add to her resumé. She is your 2024 College National Champion All Around Cowgirl and Breakaway Roper, along with these feats Madalyn and her team members from Texas A&M University placed third in the women’s team standings. After placing in all four rounds of competition including one round win the breakaway roping she walked away victorious. Winning is nothing new to Madalyn, growing up rodeoing her and her sister have been a force to be reckoned with in the breakaway roping and goat tying. Madalyn and Jordan break it down for us talking about the mindset you need to be a competitor in and out of the arena, physical fitness, family dynamic, careers outside of rodeo and having a “say yes” approach to life.
