Kate Mote | The All Around Perspective of the Women’s Rodeo World Championships

Kate Mote is a virtuous woman who is constantly pursuing excellence in all areas in and out of the rodeo arena! She is a wife to 4x World Champion Bareback Rider, Bobby Mote, a mom to Charlies, Laura, and Trey, a barrel horse trainer and rider, a team roper, a WCRA Sales Manager and team educator, she is what you would call the all around description for the word, COWGIRL!

Kate is part of the Women’s Rodeo World Championship team that is striving to provide women with the largest annual purse for a women’s rodeo event and will payout more than $750,000 while crowning World Champions in the Women’s Rodeo disciplines; Team Roping, Breakaway Roping and Barrel Racing. An all-around champion will also be crowned. WRWC is a culmination of a year-long race of women’s rodeo events worldwide. Athletes qualify for the WRWC by earning points and leaderboard positions using the VRQ (Virtual Rodeo Qualifier).

The Women’s Rodeo World Championship (WRWC) is a female organized championship event that was developed in partnership between the World Champions Rodeo Alliance (WCRA) and the Professional Bull Riders (PBR).

The Women’s Rodeo World Championship (WRWC) is the richest women-only rodeo event in history and is aired on the largest media platforms. This gives women in our sport their own major championship event.
